Nia Guzman, the mother of Chris Brown‘s one year old daughter, Royalty wants to put some limitations on Chris’ visitation. Nia says she fears for her daughter’s safety when she’s alone with Chris.
According to reports, Nia Guzman has filed legal docs requesting that a judge require supervised visits when Chris has Royalty. Nia also wants full custody of their daughter, citing that she thinks Chris is too irresponsible.
Recall Chris filed docs of his own to establish paternity and fight for full custody. He’s made it clear that he thinks Nia is using their daughter as a money grab and has refused to give her the $10,000 a month she’s asking for.
Nia’s mom once took to Instagram to express her thoughts on the entire child support subject. According to her, Royalty needs round-the-clock security, private school and to live in a gated community. While Chris doesn’t dismiss those needs, he definitely believes the amount they’re asking is too much. A judge has yet to rule on Chris’ paternity request.
