Former Everton and Manchester United coach, David Moyes will be visiting Nigeria in May as he turns up for Joseph Yobo’s Centenary and Testimonial game.
This was made known by the ex-Super Eagles defender at a press conference yesterday where he revealed that Moyes’ attendance has been confirmed.
Joining Yobo at the press conference were top football icons including Austin JJ Okocha, Kanu Nwankwo and Taribo West. The event also had in attendance respected Nigerian coaches including Christian Chukwu, Austin Eguavoen, Shuaibu Amodu, Henry Nwosu and Fanny Amun.
The Joseph Yobo Centenary and Testimonial game comes up in Port Harcourt on May 27, 2016. David Moyes it would be recalled signed Yobo to Everton which was his first signing after joining the EPL as manager.
‘My former manager David Moyes has said he’ll come. I was his first signing and I’m honoured he has agreed,’ Yobo said at the press conference which held at the Eko Hotel and Suites.
