Former Super Eagles captain, Vincent Enyeama has ruled out a possible return to the team despite the recent resignation of Sunday Oliseh as the coach of the team.
The celebrated goalkeeper, who has since focused on his club, Lille of France, has declared he wouldn’t be revisiting his decision. Enyeama retired from the Nigerian team following an altercation he had with Oliseh which saw him being dethroned as the captain of the Super Eagles.
In the same vein, EPL star, Emmanuel Emenike has also said he wouldn’t be making a return to the team. Emenike, like Enyeama also left the team after falling out with Oliseh and is also not considering making a return despite clamour from different quarters following Oliseh’s exit.
Samson Siasia faces a tough task of qualifying Nigeria for the 2017 AFCON and will be hoping to get every possible support from all quarters.
