Nigerian celebrity jeweler, Michael Awolaja, owner of Malivelihood brand, was yesterday called out by a popular blog, Naijagistlive for stealing photos of diamonds from other companies and sharing it as his own.
According the blog, Malivelihood, was re-posting photos from other established businesses like House of K’dor, as though they were items he’d created himself (he did not give credit), hence making fans believe they are his photos.
Michael, who is known for sharing photos of rare stones and clips of himself bejeweled in exotic wristwatches and jewelry items, could not respond when fans asked him where they could buy items in the photos.
